NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 23, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit 61, Building B-61, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT FIFTY EIGHT, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5197, Pages 1975 through 2007, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 4 through 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 21st day of June, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
