Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-007273-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-6AR is the Plaintiff, and RANDY L. BURKHOLDERRANDY BURKHOLDER, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 25, OF WINDWARD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, AT PAGES 1 AND 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
