KANTNER; KEVI A. KANTNER; WATERFORD CHASE VILLAGE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. (; WATERFORD CHASE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JACQUELINE KANTNER are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
