Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Office of Lydia Gardner, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, Block C, PINE HILLS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book T, Pages 99 and 100, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
AND
Lot 36 and 37, Block 6, CLEAR LAKE VIEWS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book J at Page 145, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on June 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
