NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 001767 O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and Poinsett N. Littlefield III, A/K/A Poinsett N. Littlfield, III, A/K/A Poinsett Littlefield; Unknown Spouse of V. Michael Pabalis, A/K/A Michael Pabalis A/K/A Vernon Michael Pabalis; Charley Price; New Falls Corporation; Old Dominion Insurance Company; Tara Pabalis; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Wachovia Bank, N.A.; and Current Tenant(s); are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 13, 2013 , the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 AND NORTH ½ OF LOT 9, BLOCK B, CORTLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 73 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
