HANIN; CYNTHIA A. HANIN; FAIRVIEW VISTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MONICA LAM, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KELLY LAM are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
