NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 1, 2013, entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-027995-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Charlotte Muyanga; Silver Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, SILVER RIDGE PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 55 AND 56, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
