NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021250-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and GINA M. HAKIM, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., STONEBRIDGE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THE PROMENADES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
