NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-028777-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF JASPER J. MCLEMORE, A-1FUNDING CORP., AS TRUSTEE, DOROTHY L. ROBERTS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DATHA SIMMONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 30 FEET WEST AND 30 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 170.56 FEET ALONG THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LAKEVILLE ROAD, THENCE SOUTH 53° 12' WEST 249.78 FEET TO A POINT 230 FEET WEST OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF THE SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 320.60 FEET TO A POINT 30 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4, THENCE SOUTH 89°58'30” EAST 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
