NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-016609-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MONICA TABOADA, CHARTRES GARDENS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., WILMER TABOADA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A JAVIER VZCATEGUL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, OF CHARTRES GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 129 THORUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
