PIPOLO; EBET T. PIPOLO; WATERGRASS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KRISTA KELLY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 08/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
