BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and JO ANN BENNETT; JOHN DOE N/K/A LEONARD KELLY, are defendants. A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA, LYING WEST OF STATE ROAD 589 (SUNCOAST PARKWAY), BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, THENCE NORTH 00º20'22” WEST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 442.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 00º 20'22” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 265.67 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89º 47'05” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 373.93 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 589; THENCE SOUTH 17º 55'33” WEST, ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 278.88 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89º 47'05” WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 286.52 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS/EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 35.0 FEET THEREOF.
