CRAWFORD A/K/A REBECCA CRAWFORD; JOHN L. CRAWFORD A/K/A JOHN CRAWFORD; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JUNE 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

WITHIN SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
