NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 16, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 0718545 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and AL-SAMKARI Z. MOHAMED; REEM SAWAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
