Giovenco, Vincent Giovenco, Lakeview at Calusa Trace Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Richard O'Donnell, Tenant #2 n/k/a Sheri O'Donnell, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
