NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007771 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2005RS9, is the Plaintiff and Phyllis L. Giovenco, Vincent Giovenco, Lakeview at Calusa Trace Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Richard O'Donnell, Tenant #2 n/k/a Sheri O'Donnell, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 2205, OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 15389 PAGES 553 THROUGH 678 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20 PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESIDE TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
