NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-032788 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Tithdary Saing, Akiko Saing, Avelar Creek South Homeowners Association, Inc., John Doe n/k/a Cordlis Arleo, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., United States of America, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5, AVELAR CREEK SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 163-169, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
