NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 014609 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Adams a/k/a Cynthia M. Adams, Timothy Adams a/k/a Timothy L. Adams, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, RUN WEST 668.2 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 200 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN WEST 220 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 220 FEET AND THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
