NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016377 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and Oswaldo Aguirre, Marianela Aguirre, Heritage Harbor Golf & Country Club Community Association, Inc. , Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. also known as f/K/A Wachovia Bank, National Association and Tenant # 1 also known as Oswaldo Aguirre are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on September 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
