NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-017998 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and David Austin, Joanne Austin, LVNV Funding LLC and Lakemont Homeowners Association, Inc. are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on June 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
