Escalante, Antonio P. Escalante and Tenant # 1 also known as Zana Brown are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on September 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

HAMNER'S WONDERLAND ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM A POINT BEGINNING FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 48 RUN THENCE WEST 410.6 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE WEST 71.97 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 250 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 51, THENCE EAST 72.18 FEET TO A POINT 410.6 FEET WEST OF THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 48 THENCE NORTH 250 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
