NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-013502 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and Sheila Laneve, Sean Laneve, OMT Holdings LLC and Tenant # 1 also known as Adrian Negro are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on September 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
