NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CC-018776 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TOSCANA TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSN. INC is Plaintiff, and LOUIS S. MORANDO; KATHY MORANDO; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23 Block F, Villas of Toscana Townhomes, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 47 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; the street address of which is: 3137 Toscana Cir. Tampa, FL 33611.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
