NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2103, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013606 DIV. N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18 is Plaintiff and PATRICIA L. THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA L. THOMAS; SUNBELT LENDING SERVICES, INC. N/K/A PHH HOME LOANS, LLC D/B/A SUNBELT LENDING SERVICES; VILLAS OF NORTHDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HANNAH CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF TAMPA BAY; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, AN INACTIVE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants.
