NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028110, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and EFRAIN ABREU; BILLIE JO ABREU; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 2, OAK HILL SUBDIVISION PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
