MASTROSIMONE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER M. MASTROSIMONE N/K/A CHANDRA MASTROSIMONE; PANTHER TRACE II HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; KESSER FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
