NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-000640 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and EDGAR R. JACOBS; LORRAINE MARIE JACOBS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; VALRICO FOREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
