NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-014157 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC, ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is the Plaintiff and WESLEY L. WILSON, JR. A/K/A WESLEY L. WILSON; DANA J. WILSON; VIRGINIA A. WILSON; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
