NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 000539 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Antonio Cartagena, Luz Cartagena a/k/a Hurit Cartagena, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
