NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of May, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 11-CA-014006, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 13 GANDY MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. FOLIO NUMBER: 182776.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
