NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-007362 DIV. M of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and Unknown Beneficiaries of the Ham Trust Dated January 14, 2002; Hans C. Ham; Erin Ham,; Rivercrest Community Association, Inc; John Joe, A/K/A Jaime Garcia; and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 10, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 7, Rivercrest Phase 1A, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 99, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
