NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, 29-2012-CA-014122, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 3, Northdale Section J, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
