NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-005776, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL E. GONZALEZ; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RIVER WALK TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL E. GONZALEZ; CARMEN GONZALEZ; LINDA M. ORTIZ; PAMELA A. CRUZ; MORTGAGE ELECTONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR 1ST MARINER BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, RIVER WALK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 276 TO 286, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
