NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-023253 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and EMMANUEL CORDERO A/K/A EMMANUEL P. CORDERO A/K/A EMMANUEL SMITH; VENUS CORDERO A/K/A VENUS Q. CORDERO; SALESABILITY INC.; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
