NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 9, 2012 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-022564 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and GLENN S. HARSHMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA NAFTIS, LISA NAFTIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT BUSH, RACHEL C. HARSHMAN, SCOTT BUSH, LISA NAFTIS A/K/A LISA NAFIS, LITTLE HARBOR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATON, INC., TOWNHOMES AT LITTLE HARBOR HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, N/K/A LORI ANN ZAPATA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of June, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
