NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-001984 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and Catherine Hensarling a/k/a Catherine W. Hensarling, Don Hensarling a/k/a Don R. Hensarling, Westwind Place Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 18, IN BUILDING 4, PHASE 3, OF WESTWIND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDIING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4721, AT PAGE 117 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 9, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
