BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 13,157.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88° 34' 34” WEST, 312.59 FEET; THENCE NORTH 147.00 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 13; THENCE NORTH 89° 35' 26” EAST, 312.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE EAST 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR KEESE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
