Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 25, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 40 AND THE SOUTH 2 FEET OF LOT 43 OF C. W. JOHNSON'S ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 259 3RD ST NW, LARGO, FL 33770; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
