BOOK 5688, PAGE 940, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 9 THROUGH 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1239 S MARTIN LUTHER KING JR AVENUE 301, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
