NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-004281-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Ownit Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-6 is Plaintiff and JESSICA MALDONADO; THERESA SIEGRIST; , et al, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, FAIRMONT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens but file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
