NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003571 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Lawrence J. Kennedy III and Marlene Kennedy, His wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 8B, AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, IN SKY HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS AS DELINEATED IN THE DECLARATION RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDER ON JULY 17, 1972, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 72088653, IN O.R. 3833, PAGE 916; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED .0099 INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
