NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-009032CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Milton Morales, Zemna Ruiz and Tenant # 1 are defendants, the Office of Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Pinellas Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on July 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
