Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 19, 2013 and the Stipulated Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Judicial Sale enetered in this cause on May 22, 2013, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 33, together with any land lying between the lot lines of said Lot 33, as platted, as extending to the waters of Boca Ciega Bay, Block 1, Second Addition to Bay Point Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 72, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, such sale to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
