NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004211 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as Successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and Bradford E. Pittman a/k/a Brad Pittman and Jenna J. Pittman a/k/a Jenna Pittman, His Wife and Jane R. Westerfield are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
