NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-013346 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as certificate trustee (not in its individual capacity but solely as certificate trustee), in trust for registered Holders of VNT Trust Series 2010-2, Plaintiff and John A. Leitenberger and Susan L. Smith f/k/a Susan L. Leitenberger are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 215, REVISED MAP OF SPRING HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
