NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. F-2, Building No. 506 of PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR II, PHASE IX, a Condominium and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5580, Pages 676 through 741, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 71, Pages 98 through 107, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, on the 25th day of June, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
