Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on May 21, 2013, the undersigned will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit 1, Building 3, together with the appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of CROSSINGS AT OLDSMAR BUSINESS CENTER, a Condominium, and related documents as recorded in Official Records Book 15815, Pages 94 through 160, as amended, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 149, Pages 62 through 67, as amended, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on June 27, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
