NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 20th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007742 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES SPMD 2004-C, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES SPMD 2004-C UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DEC 1, 2004 is the Plaintiff and , LAECAE C. KRISTOF SCHULZ A/K/A LAECAE C. SCHULZand WILLIAM A. SCHULZ are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, WINSTON PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 46 AND 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
