NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005900 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Justin J. Topping; Unknown Spouse of Justin J. Topping if any; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Michelle Swope; John Doe And Jane Doe As Unknown Tenants In Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, OF HEBERT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
