NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522010CA013081XXCICI / 10013081CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and KHADIJAH SHAMSEDDINE A/K/A K. SHAMSEDDINE, GOLDEN GATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. OF ST. PETE, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5, BUILDING D, GOLDEN GATE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 71 THROUGH 74, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 8, AND RE-RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 7, 8, AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN ORB 4909, PAGES 208 THROUGH 257, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN ORB 4917, PAGE 1702 AND AS AMENDED IN ORB 4928, PAGE 1080, AND AS ALSO AMENDED IN ORB 4943, PAGES 192 THROUGH 198, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN ORB 4997, PAGES 491 THROUGH 492 AND IN ORB 5007, PAGES 146, 147, AND 148, RE-RECORDED IN ORB 5008, PAGES 487 THROUGH 489, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
