YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 4904, BUILDING NO. 49, OF LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 9, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE 9, IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 3 THROUGH 9, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6000, PAGE 1082, AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE 9, IN O.R. BOOK 6976, PAGE 2013 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
